Provide administrative support to the Board of Commissioners.

Represent the Agency on legal, legislative, and regulatory matters.

Maintain intergovernmental relations with the JPA member agencies, local agencies in Marin County, and government agencies in the region.

Communicate Agency initiatives to stakeholders and the public.

Develop, implement, and manage the Agency’s budget, revenue plans, and financial forecast.

Manage the Agency’s finances and investments.
-
Provide human resource services to departments and employees.
-
Ensure the safety of agency employees and assets through risk management programs provided by the California Sanitation Risk Management Authority.

Administer the Health & Safety Program.

Maintains the Agency’s communication, process control, and information technology systems.
