Jason R. Dow, PE

Jason was hired at CMSA in 1993 as an engineering technician, and became General Manager in 2002. He has a civil enineering degree from UC Berkeley, a M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from San Francisco State, and is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in California. He enjoys spending time with this family, working on home improvement projects, and mountain biking on the trails in Marin.

Nick Talbot

Nicholas has over 15 years of experience in the wastewater industry. He holds a State Water Resource Control Board Grade V Operator License, along with Grade IV Certifications in Mechanical and Electrical Instrumentation from the California Water Environment Association. He received a BA in Business Administration from Gonzaga University and currently serves on the Water/Wastewater Advisory Committee at Santa Rosa Junior College. He enjoys adventures with his wife and daughter, playing golf, and watching college basketball.

Corey Spray

Corey is a certified public accountant (CPA) and has worked as a finance and administrative professional since 2016 at various public and private organizations. Previous to joining CMSA, he has worked at the Ross Valley Sanitary District, Salesforce.com, Inc., and KPMG, LLP. He holds an MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California and a BS in Accounting from the University of San Francisco. Lastly, he enjoys cycling around the Bay Area, travelling to new places, and cooking new foods.

Peter Kistenmacher

Peter has worked in the wastewater and bioenergy industries since 2003. He joined CMSA in 2018 and previously worked for six years at Silicon Valley Clean Water, and ten years in various engineering and business roles at wastewater technology and engineering firms. Peter received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Environmental Engineering from UC Berkeley and is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in California. He enjoys spending time with his family and running, biking and hiking on the trails around the Bay Area.

Mark Koekemoer

Mark has worked as a chemist since 2002, and previously acted as the Laboratory Director for Napa Sanitary District. Mark has served on the Standard Method Joint Task Groups, the CWEA North Bay Laboratory Committee, and the Environmental Technical Advisory Committee, and holds a Master of Science Degree from Texas A&M University.
